Fixing Shingles Vaccine Issues

Shingles vaccines that have been given using vaccine codes created by practices may not be recognised by Patient Dashboard.

This can be fixed as follows.

  1. Setup → Recall/Screening →Vaccine
  2. Locate and open the vaccine that is not being recognised.
  3. Click on the "Antigen" tab.
  4. Make sure that "Varicella Zoster (VZV)" is listed and if not, add it.

Please note: You must be on version 22.12 of Medtech (or later) for this to work.
