Ken Leech – Founder

Founder - Strategic Advisor

Ken brings extensive senior executive experience within the New Zealand health sector, notably serving as the former CIO of ProCare and a Founding Member of the Health Information Standards Organisation (HISO). His career has focused on the strategic execution of information technology to achieve clinical goals, involving deep partnerships with the Ministry of Health, PHOs, and leading vendors.

Arthur Mate

Lead Developer

Arthur manages the development and support operations for Procon. By overseeing both the evolution of our clinical software and direct practitioner support, he ensures our suite remains agile, secure, and responsive to the daily needs of New Zealand’s primary care sector.

Andre Ducrot

Managing Director

Andre is a highly accomplished executive and co-founder of Tech Management Group (TMG). With over 30 years in Enterprise IT and 20 years specializing in the Health IT sector, Andre successfully led TMG as CEO for over a decade.   He offers deep expertise in leadership, directorship, and operational strategy, focusing on complex technology environments and sector-specific governance.

Amanda Ducrot

Projects Director

Amanda Ducrot is a Senior Project and Change Management Leader. Amanda has a reputation for facilitating seamless and structured change for clinicians. Amanda's key achievement includes the migration of over 100 GP clinics from on-site systems to full PAS hosted solutions. Her comprehensive understanding of medical center operational complexity, combined with a background in teaching and communication, makes her uniquely skilled at driving critical IT transformation projects.
