I currently chair the Information Systems Governance Group for Northland's two PHOs (Manaia Health and Te Tai Tokerau PHO).

As part of this role I have overseen and/or delivered:

• Information Technology Strategy
• strategies to support population health reporting
• implementation of Patient Dashboard and DrInfo
• advanced forms development
• e-referrals
• standardisation of processes for Diabetes Annual Reviews across the PHOs
• evaluation of a preferred supplier for centralised application hosting.
